With this picture, I wanted to capture the water from the fountain and the sun streaming in. I like the effect of the sun reflecting off the water.

1. fixed levels.

2.brightness/contrast.

3.adjusted color balance.

4. cropped image.

5. select with magic wand > quick mask mode.
6. erased desired area > gaussian blur.
